The U.S. Department of Air Force (AF), AF Research Laboratory (AFRL) is issuing this RFI to identify potentially capable parties having an interest related to management of a collaborative, pre-competitive consortium of leading science, engineering, industry, and business professionals, together with regulatory and operational experts, capable of driving R&D of technologies to advance human performance monitoring and augmentation and digital medicine.
