The U.S. Department of Air Force (AF), AF Research Laboratory (AFRL) is issuing this RFI to identify potentially capable parties having an interest in biotechnology, and polymer and responsive material advances in order to sustain and/or optimize Air Force assets to include use in air, space, weapon systems applications and human cognitive/physiological monitoring.
