The USAF KC-46A Program Office seeks sources capable of providing comprehensive Operations and Sustainment for the KC-46A Systems Integration Laboratory, a high-fidelity testing center for aircraft software, avionics, and hardware. The contractor would act as a system integrator for software sustainment and development within a government facility at Tinker AFB, OK. Core services include software maintenance, patching, integration, lifecycle support, operation of Hardware-in-the-Loop lab topologies and simulation environments, management of federated multi-bus avionics and cybersecurity configurations, and verification/validation under FAA and military certification standards. The effort also involves collaboration with government personnel in a Public-Private Partnership environment. This is an RFI for market research and planning only; it is not an RFP and the Government will not award a contract based on it.
