The REF has issued this RFI in order to solicit statements of interest, capabilities and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimates from interested parties to provide one commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) rail ramp and rail skirt system. The desired rail ramp solution must augment or emplace infrastructure must have a rail ramp and rail skirt to load/offload rail on an emergency basis. All products must meet Federal and DoD regulations. SEE ATTACHED RFI instructions.
