Notice of Proposed Contract Action The United States Army Regional Cyber Center - Continental United States (RCC-CONUS) Information Technology Support Services PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS REQUIREMENT IS BEING COMPETED UNDER A SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FY 2023 FUNDING. FAR 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) APPLIES. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Description The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authority 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source to DirectViz Solutions, LLC, physically located at 1595 Spring Hill Rd, STE 600, Vienna, VA 22182-2228 by modifying the existing cost-plus fixed fee contract, W91RUS19C0014. Period of Performance Base Period: 1 December 2022 to 31 May 2023 Option Period: 1 June 2023 to 30 August 2023 Scope This acquisition is for non-personal services for United States Army Regional Cyber Center - Continental United States (RCC-CONUS). The types of services required divided into four major service areas: Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) Division, the Department of Defense Information Network Operations Division, the Sustainment Division Mission, and the Theater Operations Division Mission. Justification Requirements In accordance with FAR 6.305(a), a justification for this action will be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. Notice of Contract Action Responses The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541519. This Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals. Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing proposed contracts based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified regarding the assessment of the information received.
