The incumbent contractor, ES-KO (UK) Limited, is being awarded a Sole Source Purchase Order for food services at Camp Arena for a duration of three (3) months in order to prevent a break in service. ES-KO (UK) Limited has the rights to the building that is used as the DFAC and thus USFOR-A has no other option than to eat at the ES-KO operated dining facility. The contractor is the only one currently capable of meeting the Government's need for the services.
