This is a non-personal service(s) contract to provide fabrication, delivery, and installation of a pre-engineered steel structure for approximately thirteen-ton load and prefabricated staircase at Kuwait. The Contractor shall provide non-personal service(s). The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, quality control, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide services specified herein as defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.
