Notice to Proposed Contract Action The United States Army Regional Cyber Center- Continential United States (RCC-CONUS) Information Technology Support Services Description The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Fort Huachuca Division intends to award a sole-source contract under the authoorithy 10 U.S.C 3201(a)((l), as implemented by FAR 6.302-2(a)(2) unusual and compelling urgency to DirectViz Solutions, LLC, physically located at 1595 Spring Hill Rd, STE 600,Vienna, VA 22182-2228 by modifying the existing cost-plus fixed fee contract, W91RUS19C0014. Period of Performance: Base Period: 1 July 2025 to October 31 2025 Scope This acquisition is for non-personal services for United Stated Army Regional Cyber Center- Continential United States (RCC-CONUS). The types of services required divided into four major service areas: Defensive Cyberspace Operations Division, the Department of defense Information Network Operations Division, the Sustainment Division Mission, and the Theater Operations Division Mission. Justification Requirments In accoradance with FAR 6.305(a), a justification for this action will be made publicly available within 14 days after contract award. Notice of Contract Action Responses The North American Industry Classification System code is 541519. This Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Contract is not a request for competitive proposals.Any responses or inquiries to this notice must demonstrate a clean and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing proposed contract based on responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preperation of any information submitted or use of such information. Acknowledgement of reciept of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified regarding the assessment of the information received. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement no later than 06 August 2025 5:00PM Eastern.
