Electronic Maintenance Service Synopsis: The Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Division has a requirement for contracted support to provide preventative and corrective maintenance of electronic and communication systems and equipment for 98 Live Fire Ranges. Services shall encompass corrective and preventive maintenance at both monitoring locations and to all systems, subsystems, towers, radars, and switches in and around the greater Camp Lejeune training complex. This announcement is a presolicitation notice only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The anticipated procurement will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price contract. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures, in accordance with FAR Part 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government intends to award to the quote which represents the Best Value to the Government. Set Aside: The set-aside for this requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210, Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $41.5M. The MCIEAST Contracting Department and the Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Division are performing Market Research to determine available sources that are able to provide preventative and corrective maintenance of electronic and communication systems and equipment for 98 Live Fire Ranges aboard MCB Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, NC. The requirement is to provide corrective and preventive maintenance at both monitoring locations and to all systems, subsystems, towers, radars, and switches in and around the greater Camp Lejeune training complex. The set-aside has not been determined at this time. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561210, Facilities Support Services with a size standard of $41.5M.
