The purpose of this Request for Inforamtion is to perform market research, and to determine offeror interest and capability in providing professional custodial support within Germany. The contractor shall carefully review the all of the documents attached, specially closely pay attention to draft Solicitation, Section Instructions, Conditions, & Notices to Offerors or Quoters & Evaluation Factors for Award on pages 99-105 for Instructions to Offeror and Evaluation Process. Please use the attached Questionaire for information submission. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS! THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT AWARD A CONTRACT BASED ON PROVIDED INFORMATION TO THIS NOTICE.
