The Maritime Expeditionary Security Group One Training and Evaluation Unit is looking for contractor support services to provide MAREXSECGRU TEUs a support team of Subject Matter Experts experienced in specialized Coastal Riverine Force skills and operations in order to primarily execute HRT in the course of training MAREXSECFOR companies, platoons, patrol boat crews, and other special purpose maritime security teams in Coastal Maritime operations, HVU protection, combat shooting techniques, tactical vehicle and convoy operation, Expeditionary Designated Marksman EDM), Ground Operations, Small Unit Tactics, Embarked Security Team (EST), and Aircraft Security Teams (AST), and critical time-intensive administrative functions. The Draft PWS is attached. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego is the contracting office that anticipates issuing respective solicitation. This procurement is anticipated to be a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a period of performance of one base year plus two one-year options. The North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611710 and the Small Business Size Standard is $16.5M. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to locate and identify Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Businesses able to perform the required services. Interested sources are invited to respond to this notice by demonstrating Technical Capabilities (not to exceed 10 pages not inclusive of cover page) in word of PDF formats that summarizes relevant experience, knowledge and capabilities consistent with the effort described in the Draft PWS. The technical capabilities will be evaluated on previous and/or current experience.
