The Government seeks responsible sources to provide price proposals for the upgrade of the existing Lucker Weight Test Machine aboard the USS Emory S Land (Guam). The contractor shall provide all shipping, equipment, installation, startup, calibration, training, and disposition as required to upgrade as specified in the detailed SOW attached to this notice. Note that the government is seeking sources only at this time and will issue a formal solicitation at a later date, based upon the results of this sources sought notice.
