ASRC Federal, hereby provides notice of its intent to UFA, Inc, 80 Blanchard Rd, suite 200, Burlington MA 01803 award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Purchase, for a one-time Purchase Order. The contract is to be awarded under a Justification and Approval for other than full and open competition. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 9/20/24 at 10AM CST. A determination not to compete this requirement based up responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining wheather to conduct a competivtive procurement. ASRC Federal will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. Interest parties must be resigerested in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible.
