The Technical Data Package is competitive and limited to DoD and US DoD Contractors only. Acces to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. The requestor must be the point of contact listed in the JCP certification. To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation.
