Be advised IAW FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. This is a Sources Sought, public notification for end of year planning purposes. Please state how long your information is valid in the event funding becomes available. Requirement summary, refer to Attached SOW for complete requirements: To completely repaint a fleet of seven R-11 Fueler Trucks. This will include removing decals, sanding, acid washing/appropriately preparing the the truck for a successful paint job. Also, must include towing from Moody AFB to location where work is going to take place and delivery back to Moody AFB, as these trucks cannot be driven long distances. One truck to be towed from Moody AFB for painting and delivered back to Moody AFB. Period of performance is 30 days per truck until all seven trucks are completed. This would allow seven months to complete this contract. Fuel Truck Measurements: Length-456" Height-102" Width-106" Curb Weight ~ 23,960lbs.
