The contractor shall provide quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) on Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) equipment listed below. The cost for the PM shall include the labor and supplies needed to perform the quarterly servicing, the prices should be detailed per unit. The contractor shall perform all maintenance recommended by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals will be provided for each piece of equipment listed in this contract. Contractor must follow the OEM O&M Manuals when conducting PM. Waste generated by any PM service will be disposed of by MCBH. This contract is for equipment maintenance only. If repairs are needed, the contractor shall provide a cost estimate that includes the parts and labor. A decision will be made if repairs should happen as an emergency service under this arrangement, or if a separate contract will be established for repair. The equipment listed below are the units covered under this contract. Many of these units are aging and some equipment will be replaced with new, similar equipment as needed from 2024 to 2028. OEM O&M Manuals will be provided for all new equipment. When a new unit comes online, a proposal will need to be submitted that corresponds to that new piece of machinery.
