This is a sources sought notice for market research to identify capable contractors to provide refuse and recycling collection services for a U.S. Army Reserve Center in Salem, VA. The contractor must supply and maintain two 8-cubic-yard dumpsters (one for general refuse, one for commingled recyclables), perform weekly collection and disposal at a licensed off-site facility, and provide two 15-yard roll-off containers for bulky waste on an as-needed basis, not exceeding one collection per container per year.
