The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Divison intends to procure custom manufactured equipment that will be used at the Towed Communications Buoy Land Based Test Site. It will be used to safely lift and move the Towed Communications Buoy. This will be in accordance with NAVSEA drawings on a Total Small Business Set-aside basis. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shalll submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate via e-mail to contack below by 6/9/2025. Upon reciept of the JCP Certification and end of pre-soliciation period, the RFQ will be sent out along with a seperate e-mail of the drawing to the e-mail listed point of contact and location.
