Due to mission requirements, the conference facility should be no more than one (1) hour away from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Required facilities should be capable of supporting 90 personnel to include lodging for three (3) nights, while providing food, social activities, camaraderie event space, and conference support to include audio/visual capabilities and technical support. This is a sources sought notice intended purely for market research purpsoes. The Government it NOT requesting quotes or proposals in response to this notice.
