Vendor Question 1 Answer: The quotes should be based on 7 - 10 days of on-site work per the requiring activity. Vendor Question 2: Standard Form 1449 appears to be a draft. We are not sure if this is an active solicitation or a draft for review. Vendor Question 2 Answer: The solicitation is an active solicitation.
