This requirement is for a Managed Print Services (MPS) operating lease and comprehensive maintenance program at Luke AFB and its Geographically Separated Units, such as Gila Bend Auxiliary Air Field. The scope includes leasing approximately 278 Multi-Functional Devices with secure CAC/SIPR authentication, follow-me printing, and rules-based logic, plus full-service maintenance, parts, and toners for the leased fleet. It also covers maintenance and supplies for approximately 481 government-owned printers and provides a full-time, on-site technical associate for CAC enablement, troubleshooting, and supplies management. The period of performance consists of a 12-month base period followed by four 12-month option periods, scheduled from 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2031.
