Location of Posted Solicitation: This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the Beta.SAM Opportunities website at https://www.beta.sam.gov and will be listed under Army Contracting Command- Watervliet Arsenal (ACC-WVA). CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
