The U.S. Army, 409th Contracting Support Brigade (409th CSB), TheaterContracting Center- Unit 23156, APO, AE 09227-3156, intends to award a solesource action for the continuation of contract services for Facility Maintenanceand Repairs in support of the U.S. Army Garrison Rhineland-Pfalz (USAG-RP). Contract services are currently performed under the Total Maintenance Contract (TMC), W564KV-22-D-0001. Contract services include operations, maintenanceand repair of real property, and maintenance and repair of installed buildingequipment (IBE) and equipment-in-place (EIP). The contract covers enduringmilitary installations and associated facilities assigned to the USAG-RP. Estimated value of this sole source action is $66M and the period of performance is ten (10) months. This sole source action allows the Governmentsuff icient time to complete the pending source selection and to make the awardfor the follow-on TMC contract. It also allows for a 90-day phase-in period totransition to the new contract.
