PRESOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT POSTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 5.201. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME; THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. The 90th Contracting Squadron at F.E. Warren AFB, WY, intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for the leasing, servicing, and relocation services of 150 portable latrines at the Launch Facilities assigned to F.E. Warren AFB. All work is to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) which will be provided with the Solicitation notice. The 90th Contracting Squadron plans to compete this requirement using a written Request for Quotes (RFQ) and make an award based on the commercial procedures found in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement was previously posted in Sources Sought Notice FA461319LFPortableLatrines. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE The intended procurement is classified under NAICS code 562991 with a Size Standard $7.5 Million, Total Small Business Set-Aside. REGULATORY AUTHORITY The resultant contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-01. REQUIRED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 15 December 2019 - 14 December 2020 with four option years (14 December 2024) IMPORTANT NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS: All prospective awardees are required to register at the System for Award Management (SAM) and to maintain active registration during the life of the contract. SAM can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov. NOTE: The RFQ will be issued electronically as will any corresponding amendments. No telephone or written requests of the solicitation package will be accepted. PAPER COPIES OF THE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. As such, all prospective offerors will be responsible for visiting the FBO webpage frequently to obtain the solicitation, any amendments and/or other information pertaining to this requirement.
