A Request for Quote (RFQ) will be publicized for the provision ofl personnel, labor, supplies, and transportation necessary for Park Attendant services at six (6) campgrounds spread over two (2) Lake Area locations (Barren River and Green River). Please review the Performance Work Statement for the campground locations. Barren River Lake campground sites requires a minimum of two attendants to perform duties (unless otherwise noted.) The Contractor’s performance and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. Each campground contract is for one base year, the 2023 recreation season, and two options for contract renewal for the 2024 and 2025 recreation seasons. Renewal of the contract option year(s) is at the choice of the Government to do so. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. Offerors are allowed to submit quotes for multiple campground locations but only one campground will be awarded. Up to six (6) awards will be made from this RFQ. One award will be made for park attendant services at each of the six (6) campground sites. Campground locations for each lake are as follows: Barren River Lake: The Narrows, Bailey's Point, and Tailwater . Green River Lake: Holmes Bend, Smith Ridge, and Pikes Ridge. Any Interested parties may bid on as many of these six campgrounds as desired but will be awarded only one campground. If the bidder is the successful bidder at more than one campground, the campground selected will be the most advantageous to the government to ensure adequate coverage at each location.
