MMRP Aerial Imagery and Spraying On or about 24 April 2023, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for MISSOURI RIVER RECOVERY PROGRAM MITIGATION SITES Aerial Herbicide Spraying for up to ten (10) Missouri River Recovery Program (MRRP) mitigation sites in Nebraska.. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, pesticides, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform aerial survey and imagery, and aerial vegetation spraying via helicopter or other aircraft for the USACE as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The amount of effort varies for each area defined in this PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS. Period of Performance: Date of Award to 30 March 2024 Option Year 1: 1 April 2024 to 30 March 2024 Option Year 2: 1 April 2024 to 30 March 2025 Option Year 3: 1 April 2025 to 30 March 2026 Option Year 4: 1 April 2026 to 30 March 2027 The above project description is for information only. Place of Performance: The work associated with this contract shall be at 10 MRRP mitigation sites within the state of Nebraska on the Missouri River along an approximately 84-mile segment beginning at river mile 590.0 (near Plattsmouth, Nebraska) and ending at river mile 506.0 (near Rulo, Nebraska), and includes both mainland and island areas of the mitigation sites.
