PowerScribe Maintenance
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is conducting market research for a potential one-year contract to provide maintenance for Nuance PowerScribe 360 voice dictation systems at multiple Army Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs) across the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and Outside the Continental U.S. (OCONUS). The only known source is Carahsoft Technology Corporation, but the government is interested in responses from all businesses, including small and disadvantaged firms. Vendors must have access to DISA business-to-business gateways, expertise in Nuance PowerScribe 360 database architecture, and the ability to provide hardware/software support beyond normal service life. If not Nuance, vendors must have a relationship to subcontract Nuance for required Authority to Connect (ATO) within the Defense Health Agency. Responses are due by June 6, 2026, and must be submitted electronically to the specified contacts.
