WYTD972007; Title: Overhead Power LInes, This project is to replace the approximately 1800 lineal feet of overhead power lines with underground lines to address possible hazards, improve the aesthetics, and is in compliance with the base master plan. This project is being solicited as Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238210, and the Small Business Size Standard is $15,500,000.00. Construction project magnitude is betw een $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A date for a pre-bid conference and site visit has been scheduled. See Section 002113 and Clause 52.236-27 for details. In accordance w ith FAR clause 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee, a bid bond is required with the Bid. Funds are not presently available for this contract. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the IFB and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
