The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole-source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Order under Basic Ordering Agreement N00421-19-G-0005, to Cubic Corporation, 9333 Balboa Avenue, San Diego, CA 92123, for the procurement of Twenty (20) Portable Common Data Link (Port-CDL) Test Sets and Accessory Kits. The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.” Under this effort, the Contractor shall provide the following services: Manufacture and deliver the following items: Twenty (20) 332350-100 - Portable CDL Test Sets Twenty (20) 10039775 - Portable Test Set Accessory Kits 1 CD per Port-CDL Test Set containing the Port-CDL Test Set Software Suite(s) and updated Port-CDL Test Set User’s Manual. Due to the extremely tight requirements schedule this notice is published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
