The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain continuous and safe operations during Plymovent® modification/upgrade located at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey. The scope of performance includes, but is not limited to: preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, load testing, modifications, configurations, programming, software updates and certification of equipment listed in Appendix A in accordance with (IAW) all local, state, federal laws / regulations and applicable National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes and manufacturer’s requirements in a manner that shall ensure continuous and safe operation. The contractor shall maintain records of any preventative maintenance, inspection / testing, repair, load testing, modifications, configurations, programming, software updates and certification of equipment listed in Appendix A
