Commercial Bottled Water Supply and Delivery Support – Republic of Peru (SOUTHCOM AOR)
DLA Troop Support is conducting market research/RFI for recurring commercial manufacturing, bottling, and delivery of potable bottled water to U.S. military operating locations in Peru; it is not an RFP/RFQ and respondents bear their own costs. The requirement covers individual bottled-water cases and/or 5-gallon polycarbonate/PET jugs, multiple scheduled FOB-destination deliveries per week, compliant tamper-evident packaging/labeling, and at least 6 months remaining shelf life upon delivery. To be eligible for future award, bottling plants must be listed in the DoW sanitarily approved directory or pass an initial APHC/Veterinary Services on-site sanitary audit prior to contract award or product delivery. Vendors must have active SAM.gov/UEI and CAGE/NCAGE registration, though DLA will consider U.S./multinational primes with active CAGE codes using a local Peruvian bottler if that plant undergoes the APHC audit. Interested parties should submit a capability statement of no more than 5 pages covering company/plant details, registration and audit status/certifications, and product/distribution capacity.
