This is a Request for Information (RFI) to assess industry and government interest and capabilities for serving as Lead System Integrator for the Arctic Mobility Sustainment System (AMSS), including integration, kitting, packaging, and distribution. The AMSS replaces the legacy Ahkio system and provides dismounted Soldiers with a transport sled, shelter, heater, and components in Team (5-man) and Squad (10-man) configurations. The government is seeking white papers on integration strategy, packaging, procurement, warehousing, and risk mitigation, with assumed COEI procurement costs of $25,000 per Squad kit and $20,000 per Team kit for rough order of magnitude estimates. No formal solicitation exists, and the RFI does not commit the government to any procurement action.
