In accordance with FAR 5.201, the Government intends to add the services described below onto the Government's existing sole source RTX Umbrella Contract SPRBL1-25-D-0006. The Government's market research suggests that Raytheon is the sole approved source capable of providing these services. Awardee: RAYTHEON COMPANY CAGE Code: 05716 350 LOWELL ST ANDOVER, MA, 01810-4400 This acquisition is for the procurement of PATRIOT Technical Publications support for the United States Government and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers. The contractor shall furnish all services, software, materials, planning, management, technical and logistical support required to digitize the text and graphics for all operational, Repair Parts and Special Tools List (RPSTL) and maintenance technical manuals for the PATRIOT Missile System. The proposed performance period for this action is one (1) base year with four (4) option years, from 6 May 2026 – 5 May 2031. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Government will not pay for any information or reimburse any costs incurred in responding to this RFI. No solicitation is being issued at this time. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued.
