The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking interested business parties in supporting the demand for Pan Coated Chocolate Disks for the UGR program (NSN: 8925-01-529-6630). DLA Troop Support anticipates issuing a solicitation for Pan Coated Chocolate Disks under an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The IQC is a long-term contract designed to provide for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits of supplies or services to be furnished during a specific period, with deliveries or performance to schedule by placing an order with the contractor. The contract is intended for use with items for which recurring demands may be anticipated, as a means of reducing the times and expense required soliciting and making repetitive rewards. Based on the indefinite quantities the award may receive awards on unknown quantities for the award year, with a guaranteed minimum and a stated not-to-exceed maximum. The contract will be for five consecutive years resulting in a five tier contract.
