Update- 4 Sept 25- Questions and Answers Posted This solicitation is to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Personnel Relocation Services. Hanscom AFB personnel - as well as some Hanscom AFB personnel located on the MITRE campus (located at 202 Burlington Road Bedford Massachusetts 01730) - may be required to relocate either within their current building or move to a different building within the Hanscom AFB Installation located in Bedford Massachusetts 01731. Hanscom AFB personnel may also be required to move off Base into leased facilities. It is estimated that the personnel relocation efforts could involve approximately 3,000 personnel over the five (5) year period-of-performance (POP) (600 personnel each year) of this BPA.
