The 66ABG/SC division has a requirement for a a service and preventive maintenance contract for two Audio Visual (AV) rooms in the Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Center located on the 2nd floor of building 1612. Contractor will provide Biannual preventative maintenance service support for the classified/unclassified conference rooms and over the phone support Monday through Friday 0800-1630 and in-person support as needed. See Statement of Objectives (SOO) for full description of requirement. The contractor MUST have the ability to respond within 3 hours (notionally located approximately 100 miles radius of the place of performance). Updated 10 April: A site visit will be held on Hanscom AFB on MONDAY, 28 APRIL 2025 beginning at 9:00 AM EST. Please be at the Hanscom AFB Visitor Control Center by Sartain Gate (formerly Vandenburg Gate) in Bldg. 1617, Old Bedford Rd., Hanscom AFB, MA, 01731 no later than 8:30 AM EST to allow enough time to obtain visitor passes. The contractor shall obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all visitors.
