This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The solicitation number is PZIOAFSS00988, and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-03 the Defense Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS) DPN current to 20210115. Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219, with a standard size of 750 with $39.5M in dollars. This is a NAF combined synopsis/solicitation, and will not be a small business set-aside. The Muroc Lake Golf Course at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB) is seeking Pump Repair Services as described in the PWS. This requirement is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. All responsible sources may submit a firm – fixed price (FFP) quote, which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will be made to the offeror whose quote represents the best value to Non-appropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI). This is an “All or None” acquisition; incomplete quotes will not be considered. Interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement for the service described in the synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote, In Accordance With (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Offerors are required to submit, with their quote, enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in the synopsis. The periods of performance is: 8 July 2021- 7 September 2021 Interested offerors must submit any questions before 21 June 2021 at 4:30 PM PST. Responses to all questions will be electronically posted in BETA SAM. No telephone requests will be accepted. Quotes are due by 25 June 2021 at 4:30PM PST.
