This constitutes notification that the Government intends to issue a sole source contract to General Dynamics Mission Systems in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. The proposed contract is for logistical repair support, software fixes and enhancements, maintaining of the NSA certification, completing special cryptographic studies and maintaining of the Nuclear Hardness and Survivability (NH&S) certification through an ICS effort as the BIG and BIG-A transition from the NSA contract to a CCSD led activity.
