DLA/AWB is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of qualifying and producing two Circuit Card Assemblies (P/N BH19994-2 and P/N BH19998-1) used in the ECS tester for F-16 aircraft. The work location is Robins AFB, GA. The Government does not own releasable drawings, schematics, or technical data, and Howell Instruments Inc. is the only known source with the required technical data and capabilities. DLA/AWB intends to award a sole-source contract to Howell Instruments Inc. for manufacture of these CCAs in support of the ECS program.
