Figure of Merit (FOM) s... 1 This is a firm fixed price request or quotation to procure two-hundred sixteen (216) Military Grade AN/PVS-14s NVDS Generation (GEN) III, Monocular Night Vision Device (NVD). Figure of Merit (FOM) shall be no less than 1,800 and shall not exceed 2,000, where the FOM is calculated by multiplying the signal-to-noise ratio by the resolution as measured in line-pairs per millimeter. All image intensifer tubes shall conform to U.S. Military Specifications (MILSPEC). 100% of the image intensiers shall pass Group A testing. Group B C and D lot testing and shall be in accordance with U.S. MILSPEC acceptance standards. This Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case R0-B-UGI AE24069 is or the Country of Romania. Each system includes the following: -Head Mount Assembly (skull crusher) -Helmet Mount Assembly consisting of Mount (Viewer bracket, dump truck) and strap, for PASGT -Head/Helmet Mount Adapter (J- arm) -Brow Pad -Eye Cup -Demist Shield Sacrificial Window -Lens Cap -Lens Paper -Neck Cord -Shoulder Strap -Soft Carrying case -Hard Sided Shipping/Storage Case -Set of commercial Batteries (Alkaline ) -Operators Manual (Commercial Exportable) 2. All offers shall complete and submit ALL sections of the RFQ and shall submit all the required information and follow all the directions and requirments listed and described in Section L and M of this RFQ.
