The contractor must supply 19 battery-powered pop-up targets, a wireless network with a minimum two-mile range, and a remote-control system, including tablets and handheld controllers. Upgrade options are required to ensure compatibility with existing ATA pop-up targets and chassis. The system must enable scoring, background lighting, simulated return fire, and real-time battery monitoring from the range tower. The contractor must provide comprehensive operations and maintenance training to Grand Bay Range personnel. Performance of services is at the Grand Bay Range location.
