This announcement constitutes only the presolicitation notice. This is a presolicitation notice for a SOLE SOURCE requirement for Brandsafway Services, LLC. for a HAKI temporary roofing system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 532490. The small Business Size Standard is 750 Employees and this solicitation is a SOLE SOURCE. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard intends to negotiate and award a contract with Brandsafway Services, LLC. on a sole source basis by authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) and FAR 6.302-1. (Justification & Approval attached) This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract. The schedule will be determined prior to award. Anticipated delivery date is 3/14/2022 to commence upon contract award. The solicitation will be made available electronically upon its release.
