This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCM0309A001. THIS SOLICITATION IS A COMMERCIAL BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT AND IS BEING SOLICITED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TO ONLY ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER (OEM) AUTHORIZED RESELLERS. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD NAICS: 334515 No. of Employees: 750 Employees Dollars: N/A Description: The Government requests a Firm Fixed Price quote for Keysight F-22 Fiber Network Interface Units (FNIU) for Optical Multiport Power Meter Units manufactured by Keysight Technologies, Inc. to the 581 SWES, 402 Software Engineering Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Contractor shall provide all materials, parts, tools, labor, equipment, and shipping required to provide these units. (See attached purchase description for details of the requirement). Price(s) shall include cost of Item Unique Identification (IUID) labels and shall be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Also include a copy of FAR 52.204-24 completely filled out and signed (See Attachment# 4). Period of performance / Delivery: Shall be within 16 Weeks ARO/FOB Destination. Evaluation: The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price – The lowest priced offer shall be evaluated for conformance to the requirements of the solicitation and purchase description. If the offer conforms to the requirements, it shall be selected for award. If the offer does not conform to the requirements, the next lowest priced offer shall be evaluated in the same manner. This selection process shall continue until an offer that conforms to the requirements is selected for award.
