This is a sources sought notice of the Government's intent to assess interested businesses to facilitate the procurement of Cardiology services for Ireland Army Health Clinic - Fort Knox, KY in support of Active Duty Soldiers and beneficiaries. This notice is for a continuing requirement at Fort Knox. The prior contract vehicle used was W91YTZ17A0010, a Cardiology Services Blanket Purchase Agreement between the Government and Norton Healthcare, Inc of Louisville,KY. Parties interested in future announcements on this procurement shall provide detailed information of their capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements in the Draft Statement of Work. Interested parties must be registered in SAM.GOV, sam.gov/content/home. Responses may be via email or on company letterhead; include company's name, point of contact, address, phone number, DUNS number, Tax ID, and business size. All responses must be received by 2 February 2022. Responses may be emailed to frank.a.whorton.civ@mail.mil or rebecca-lynn.m.ruff.civ@mail.mil. The Regional Health Contracting Office-Atlantic (Dalecarlia Cell) is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for Cardiology Services - Testing. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621111. If another NAICS code is appropriate, please suggest in your organization's response. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform this service, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide services consistent in scope and scale with those described in this notice and otherwise anticipated.
