The Arkansas Army National Guard (ARNG) Professional Education Center (PEC) located at Camp J.T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199 is seeking interested 8(a) Small Businesses to provide Classroom and Conference Support Services for a 5 year service contract, which will consist of a 1 Base Year and 4 Option Years. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR BID. This notice is being issued to determine if there is sufficient interest from qualified 8(a) Small Businesses who intend to submit a bid for the solicitation. Interested parties must submit the following by email to monica.d.walker.civ@mail.mil for receipt by 4:30 pm Central Standard Time on Wednesday, December 04, 2019. 1. A positive statement of your intention to submit a bid for the solicitation as an interested qualified 8(a) Small Business; 2. A copy of the letter from the Small Business Administration (SBA) stating the date of 8(a) Small Business certification or acceptance to the 8(a) small business program. This information must be provided in order to determine eligibility – Do not send copies of your System of Award Management (SAM) profile; 3. Provide a list of government service projects of equal or greater value in which you performed as the Prime Contractor. The size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc. Refer to the Code of Federal Regulations 13 CFR 121.103 for information on how the SBA determines affiliation and 13 CFR 121.108 regarding the penalties for misrepresentation of size status. All firms should be certified the System of Award Management (SAM) located at https://www.sam.gov/ The anticipated advertisement date is January 06, 2020.
