Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a project to repair electrical systems at the airfield of Maxwell AFB, Alabama, with an estimated construction cost between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000. The work must be performed by a small business located within a 100-mile radius of Maxwell AFB. The government will evaluate proposals using either a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable or Trade-off process. Interested parties should respond by email with a Capabilities Brief or synopsis of similar experience. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Act wage rates.
