Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a construction project to repair the roof of Building 1404 at Maxwell AFB, Alabama, with performance required at that location. The estimated budget for the work is between $250,000 and $500,000. The procurement is set aside exclusively for small businesses, and eligible contractors must be located within a 250-mile radius of Maxwell AFB. Proposals will be evaluated based on either the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable method or a Trade-off process.
