The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Soldier Center, Program Manager Special Operations Forces, Natick, MA is seeking information of available Scavenging Power Managers, hereby referred to as “Operator Power Scavenger” (OPS) in this document. The OPS is intended to be a capability carried by an individual Operator, integrated into the kit out of the way and provide a small, efficient method of scavenging power from available power sources and charging on-body batteries and powering connected radios. The desired OPS shall be capable of meeting the Key Performance Parameters (KPP’s) listed in the attached. See attachment for complete instuctions and requirements. White paper submissions is 25 Feb 2022 and any sample submissions are 4 March 2022.
