MSC desires to charter one (1) US Jones Act Compliant stern landing roll on roll off (RO/ RO) vessel for one (1) 12-month firm period with three (3) 12-month option periods. The vessel shall be prepared to carry personnel, small boats, vehicles, and ancillary equipment in littoral and open ocean transit. This vessel will be used during basic and advanced phases of technology risk reduction/development events and operational objective assessments by the Marine Corps.
