MSC requests information about the cost and availability of five (5) time-chartered tractor tugs for a base period of performance and six (6) time-chartered tractor tugs for option one and follow on periods of performance in support of Navy Region Southwest, Metro San Diego Bases. Specifics are as follows; 1. PORT: San Diego Bay, CA and Surrounding Waters 2. MISSION: Charter Party contract for five (5) time-chartered tractor tugs for a base Period of performance and six (6) time-chartered tractor tugs for option one and follow on periods of performance in support of Navy Region Southwest, Metro San Diego Bases. 3. CONTRACT TYPE: Firm-fixed price 4. ON-HIRE: One (1) 12-month firm period commencing on or about 01 September 2020 with (3) 12-month option periods and one (1) 11-month option period.
